This is it! The moment we've all been waiting for here at EString. The result of our last 6 months of beta, design, review and re-work is finally paying off. The new site dropped today and the tool is available for purchase at a low introductory price of $99.95. We are confident that Symbiant is going to be a must have utility for the Silverlight community and will result in clear cost reductions for development cycles for any size shop!

In order to make a serious move with our product to market we're embarking on a final top-down rework of Symbiant beta to take into account all the feedback we've gleaned over the last few months during beta cycles. You know it's getting close when you are using the tool to build the tool!

EString announces it's working on a new web that will move the prototype estring web out of Silverlight and into a more conventional HTML/css setting.

We've included a number of new features including perfecting the zoom, reticle zoom, reticle selection (of the underlying element), high speed rendering and improved the overall performance of the pan/zoom architecture.

The VTG is far from complete, but tester feedback has revealed a number of new directions. We released a few today in the site demo. The binaries will be updated asap.

The new custom sliders use screen real estate sparingly while still providing max functionality including an editable bound text box showing the value and min/max slider editors.

We know it's a gamble hosting an all Silverlight site but we plan to add HTML/CSS/JS content over time.
